液压手动叉车（又叫手动搬运车）工作原理非常简单，其实就是简单的杠杆原理。
手动地牛叉车液缸的活塞向下运动（既重物下降）。地牛叉车液压系统的液压油经防爆型电磁换向阀进入液缸上端，液缸下端回油经平衡阀、液控单向阀、节流阀、隔爆型电磁换向阀回到油箱。手动地牛叉车为使重物下降平稳，制动安全可靠，在回油路上设置平衡阀，平衡回路、保持压力，使下降速度不受重物而变化,由节流阀调节流量，控制升降速度。
手动地牛叉车手柄设计符合人体工程学原理，具有三大功能：提升、搬运、放下。整体铸造油缸，外形美观，坚固耐用，优质钢板打造，镀铬活塞杆，内部溢流阀提供过载保护，有效避免超载使用，降低维修费用。是车间货物搬运的好帮手。
