• A1  指示器   NAMUR标准指示器便于安装位置开关，定位器等附件。

  A2  输出轴   镀镍合金钢、高精密一体式输出轴同时符合NAMUR、ISO5211、DIN3337标准。可根据客户要求定制尺寸和不锈钢板材料。

  A3  密封   在常温工作条件下使用丁腈橡胶，在高温或低温时采用氟橡胶或硅橡胶。

  A4  缸体   ASTM6005压铸铝合金缸体可以采用硬质氧化、环氧树脂喷涂（根据要求喷涂兰色、棕色、黄色）、PTFE涂层或镀镍满足不同要求。

  A5  行程调节  两个独立的行程调节螺钉可以进行方便、精确±5°的调节 开、关位置。

  A6  活塞   双活塞齿条、采用铸铝硬质氧化或者铸钢镀锌处理，安装位置对称、运作迅速、使用寿命长，简单的颠倒活塞可以改变旋转方向。

  A7  高性能弹簧   采用优质材料、涂层处理，预压装配。具有较强的抗腐蚀性和使用寿命。能够安全、简单的拆卸单作用执行器，通过改变弹簧数量满足不同的力矩输出范围。

  A8  缸盖   压铸铝合金表面金属粉末喷涂各种颜色、PFTE涂层或镀镍处理。

  A1 Indicator 

  Position indicator with NAMUR is convenient for mounting accessories such as Limit Switch box, Positioner and so on.

  A2 Pinion

  The pinion is high-precision and integrative, made from nickelled-alloy steel, full conform to the lastest standards of ISO5211,DIN3337, NAMUR. The dimensions can be customized and the stainless steel is available.

  A3 O-rings 

  NBR rubber O-rings provide trouble-free operation at standard temperature range. For high and low temperature applications Viton or Silicone.

  A4 Body 

  According to the different requirements, the extruded aluminum alloy ASTM6005 Body can treated with hard anodized, power polyester painted (different colours is available such as blue, orange, yellow etc.), PTFE or Nickel plated.

  A5 Travel adjustment 

  The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can adjust±5°at both open and close directions easily and precisely.

  A6 Pistons

  The twin rack pistons are made from Die-Casting aluminum treated with Hard anodized or made from cast steel with galvanization. Symmetric mounting position. Long cycle life and fast operation, reversing rotation by simply inverting the pistons.

  A7 High performance springs 

  Preloaded coating springs are made from the high quality material for resistant to corrosion and longer service life, which can be demounted safely and conveniently to satisfy different requirements of torque by changing quantity of springs.

  A8 End caps

  西摩尔中线蝶阀根据最新版的美国阀门和管件制造厂标准化协会MSS SP-67标准和美国石油协会APl-609标准及国际标准化组织IS07005标准进行设计制造，按照IS0900l：2000质量体系标准进行过程控制管理，并按照API-598标准进行流体静力、气体力和整体运作的全数检验，因而能保证每一只蝶阀的零泄漏和高品质。
  本公司能同时提供规格在DN50~600(2"-24")，工作压力在PN1.0-1.6Mpa之间的任一款蝶阀产品，而且由于采用了如欧洲体系、美洲体系等标准体系设计制造的方案，因此，SEYMOUR蝶阀能够适用于：
  1、ISO7005-1992，PN1.0～1.6Mpa的管路法兰系统。
  2、ASME/ANSI B16.5-1996、CLl25级、CLl50级的管路法兰系统。
  3、JIS B2211～2213-1996、PN 0.5~1.6Mpa(5K、10K、16K)的管路法兰连接系统。

  SEYMOUR central line Butterfly valve is produced according to the latest standard Mss SP-67 and API-609 of USA and ISO7005.The production process is managed under the guidance of ISO9001(2000version). The valves are completely and fully tasted follow API-598,fluid static force, gas force and overall performance of valve are completely and fully carried out following standard of API-598.Thus the zero leakage and high quality are ensured.
  We are capable of supplying butterfly valves with size ranges from DN50-DN600,pressure from PN1.0-1.6.In the meanwhile, we also adopt European and American design standard for different requirements. SEYMOUR butterfly valves would be applied to:
  1.Pipeline flange system of lSO 9005-1992, PN1.0-PN 1.6.
