美国ITC发布对涉华LED照明及电源的337调查部分终裁

2018年2月26日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对LED照明及电源（Certain Led Lighting Devices， Led Power Supplies， And Components Thereof，案件号337－TA－1081）作出337调查部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2018年1月31日作出的初裁（Order No． 20）不予复审，即对美国MSi Lighting， Inc． of Boca Raton， Florida作出缺席裁决（IN DEFAULT）。

        2017年11月8日，根据美国Phillips Lighting North America Corp． of Somerset， New Jersey和荷兰 Phillips Lighting Holding B．V． of Eindhoven， Netherlands提出的337立案调查申请，即其主张美国Feit Electric Company， Inc．， of Pico Rivera， California、美国Edgewell Personal Care Brands， LLC of Shelton， Connecticut、中国福建Feit Electric Company， Inc． （China） of Xiamen， China、美国Lowe’s Companies of Mooresville、美国North Carolina、美国LG Sourcing of North Wilkesboro， North Carolina、美国MSi Lighting， Inc． of Boca Raton， Florida （“MSi Lighting”） 、美国 Satco Products， Inc． of Brentwood， New York、美国Topaz Lighting Corp． of Holtsville， New York、美国 Wangs Alliance Corporation d／b／a WAC Lighting Co． of Port Washington， New York、中国上海WAC Lighting （Shanghai） Co． Ltd．， of Shanghai， China．等侵犯了其专利权（美国专利注册号为s． 6，586，890、 7，038，399、7，256，554、 7，262，559、8，070，328），美国ITC投票决定正式对本案启动337立案调查。
